Commercial

Commercial and Storefront Locksmith

Commercial doors carry more traffic and more rules than residential ones. The hardware has to match both.

What we handle

For property and office managers

Recurring needs are welcome. Lock schedules for a building, keying charts kept in order, and one contact at the shop who already knows your doors. Because the locksmith works out of a supply house, common commercial hardware is on hand rather than on order.

Egress comes first

Exit doors have to let people out freely; that is what panic hardware is for. We fit and service devices with that requirement in front of us, and we will say so plainly if a requested setup would fight it.

Common questions

Can you key a new shop to match our other locations?

If your system's keyway and records allow it, yes. Bring whatever charts or authorization your current system uses.

Do you work outside store hours for businesses?

The emergency line runs around the clock, and scheduled after-hours work can be arranged so your trading day is not interrupted.

Need a hand from the shop?

Upper East Locksmith works out of S&V Hardware at 1450 1st Ave. Send a request and a locksmith follows up, or stop in during store hours.
